We have used SK for our Telus Services and phone repair They have been nothing short of wonderful . The staff is very experienced, helpful and full of knowledge . We have used them for cell phone repairs, and they have been the cheapest, friendliest and most efficient service that we have used. By far the best service in this field in town. I recommend them to everyone .

Our family has been dealing with SK Electronics for as long as I can remember. We’ve always appreciated their experience, knowledge and service. Recently I purchased a new phone from Jeena at the Telus desk and my experience was nothing short of amazing. She was wonderful to work with and got me what I needed quick and efficient. We will continue to support this Nelson staple for years to come.

I was very happy with my experience at SK Electronics today, their technician Steve is top notch. I had previously had a new stereo installed by another technician and afterwards my speakers were not working. Steve diagnosed the issue as faulty speakers (as it is an older vehicle that sat unused) and he then offered to install economical used speakers to save me money; as I was not able financially to replace all my speakers. I opted to wait and save money for high quality speakers and Steve did not charge me for the inspection. Great service, I will be back.

Thank you for setting me up with the clips for my pump. They are super fast, they can custom make anything electronic for you, very helpful and nice.

Love dealing with this store!!! Awesome Staff. They are super pleasant and helpful, I always leave a happy customer. I have had the pleasure of knowing one of the ladies in there for a long time Jeena, she is fantastic , super knowledgeable, friendly, and funny, makes my day just to see her. Always knows how to sort out my issues. I will continue to support her and the store. Cant wait for my next upgrade :)

This is a really fantastic shop. When it comes to elections they're unmatched in town. They fix all sorts of stuff and are priced totally fairly. They've recently repaired the main board on my oven saving me heaps. And it was done overnight which was crazy amazing. Then they fixed the charger for my E Bike that my kid smashed. Saved me heaps again. Just baller. And then if you need a mobile hookup Gina has you covered. She's great and really knows her stuff.

We are so happy with the work done by SK Electronics in Nelson! They have some real geniuses who are willing to repair small electric appliances and keep them out of the landfill! For reasonable prices. They are the Best!

My iPad battery wouldn’t charge. Took it to them in the morning. They cleaned out the charging port in only a few seconds and it worked. Didn’t charge me a cent. Highly recommend them.

The guy named Mike who works there is the definition of customer service I’ve never had such pleasant interactions in my life, very helpful and kind. Every time.
